Hello and welcome! As a dedicated Service Advisor, I enjoy working with customers to help them keep their vehicles running smoothly and safely. I’ve always enjoyed cars and grew up working on them with my dad, so I welcome new opportunities to problem-solve for others, as well, treating every vehicle as if it were my own. Whether you’re coming in for routine maintenance or something more complex, I’m ready with a smile to provide friendly service. Originally from North Platte, NE, I’m a graduate of Millard North High School where I placed third overall in the state for my welding skills. I’m a proud husband and father to one son. In my free time, I love being outdoors hunting, camping, fishing, and working on my truck. When it comes to sports, I root hard for Husker football! When you’re in need of reliable service, I look forward to meeting you!

Great working with Alex. He helps me determine appropriate maintenance for my car. It is very confusing when the mechanical techs recommend all kinds of things that are not listed in the KIA Owners maintenance manual and Alex does a fantastic job of helping me work through that! Thank you ALEX

I will continue to bring my business back to Alex. I have worked with Alex for a couple years now when it comes to my service appointments. He always shoots me straight on what my car needs, and the best deal for my service appointments. In addition, a couple of errors have been made while my car has been at the dealership, and Alex (and Nolan) both made it feel like a priority to make things right. I can honestly say, I would probably not continue to bring my business to H&H Kia if it weren’t for the rapport Alex has built with me.
