Hello and welcome! As a dedicated Service Advisor, I enjoy working with customers to help them keep their vehicles running smoothly and safely. I’ve always enjoyed cars and grew up working on them with my dad, so I welcome new opportunities to problem-solve for others, as well, treating every vehicle as if it were my own. Whether you’re coming in for routine maintenance or something more complex, I’m ready with a smile to provide friendly service. Originally from North Platte, NE, I’m a graduate of Millard North High School where I placed third overall in the state for my welding skills. I’m a proud husband and father to one son. In my free time, I love being outdoors hunting, camping, fishing, and working on my truck. When it comes to sports, I root hard for Husker football! When you’re in need of reliable service, I look forward to meeting you!

I bought a used Hyundai that needed air conditioning repair. It was factory warranty under Hyundai. So Hyundai had to order part. Took over week to get fixed. I was graciously offered a loaner car. I kept in touch for followups on my car until it was available. So not really fixed by H$H KIA service dept.

Great service! Alex kept me informed of the status of my car through the whole time my car was being worked on. Great customer service is hard to find anymore but I always get exceptional service at H and H KIA. Alex has great customer service and took great care of me and my car!
