Hi! I’m a Service Advisor Assistant here at H+H Kia. Born and raised in Omaha, I’m no stranger to the area and proud to be part of this community. I graduated from South High and went on to attend UNO and MCC. I’m known for being easygoing yet detail-oriented, and I always aim to make every service visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, I’m active in Omaha’s music and theater scene. I DJ at local events and enjoy performing whenever I can. Whether I’m helping a customer or working behind the scenes, I take pride in being efficient, dependable, and bringing a positive attitude to everything I do. I strive to build strong, personal relationships with our customers, treating each vehicle with the same care and respect I would my own. After all, a well-maintained car lasts longer—and unlike my DJ equipment, it won’t break down right before a big gig! I look forward to meeting and working with you!

Vehicle was taken in for a prepaid package oil change at 16000 miles. These were all highway miles between Hastings and Grand Island with occasional trips to Offutt Air Base to visit relatives yet somehow both my engine and cab air filters were dirty enough to need changing and my fuel system should be cleaned. Disgraceful attempt at up-selling and I hope it is not the dealership as a whole pushing this as I can see that someone with limited automotive experience would fall for this and shell out hundreds of dollars on un-necessary repairs. Always ask for the "replaced" parts if you do.
