Drew was fine but I clearly stated I didn't have time to spend 4 hrs at the dealership. So we set up a time. When I got there It was the old fashioned sit for hours kind of process. I haven't spent 4 hrs in many years. Usually all is done by the time I get there, we sign paperwork and go. 1 hour tops. Time spent was completely unnecessary. Topped off by errors in the paperwork.
