Hey! Malik Sams here, born in Omaha, where I was also raised and a graduate of Central High School. Since joining the auto industry in January 2018, I have built a brand as someone willing to help out in all situations while keeping a very laid-back approach and putting honesty at the forefront. Customers can rely on me for an informative experience, a smile on my face, and for me to go that extra mile to exceed their expectations. I genuinely love my job. Helping guests through what can lead to a challenging process is what I do best; it feels great when customers tell me how enjoyable and straightforward their experience was after my service. Outside of work, I like sports, primarily football, basketball, and baseball. My other interests include simply being at home with family, watching movies, and making memories. With malik It is always satisfying, it is so personable. And he treats his customers like their kings and queens. I'm sad that I did not buy another Kia that I ended up with a Chevy, and it makes me sad that I won't be able to work with him or any of you at the Kia center. .
