Hello! Matthew Guerrero here, a service advisor for the H&H Kia of Omaha team! I’m here to help you get the best service while providing an exceptional experience. Since joining the auto industry in 2012, I’ve learned a great deal about the business and brought that knowledge to this dealership in May 2019. Customers like working with me because of my approachable, honest, kind, and easygoing attitude. My top priority is excellent customer service. Outside of work, I love being around family and friends. My other hobbies include watching sports and traveling; some of my favorites are the Chargers, Padres, and Formula 1, and my top destinations are Jamaica and Mexico.

He was very friendly when I checked in and recommended services. I never got an update on my car once I was in the waiting room. I had to come and ask for an update after I had waited for over an hour. I knew it was going to be longer than an hour, but an update would have been nice.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance and mentioned a strange rattle in one of the doors. Matthew went above and beyond to figure out and fix it. He kept me updated every step of the way.
